MY WORK ETHIC / REQUIREMENTS

I accept most commissions, but I will decline if:The request is unclear: "Make a lab" isn't enough. I need specifics (subject, purpose, style).
payment in percentages: Only for established games with stable economies, not for new projects.
No 50% upfront payment: This protects me from potential scams.
I don't get answers to my questions: I need details to create a high-quality product.
The commission is overly complex: I cannot balance large projects with school
